By accessing or using any mobile application or game published by JOVORA GAMES LIMITED (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

By accessing or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Apps. The materials contained in the Apps are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The materials within the Apps are provided on an "as is" basis. JOVORA GAMES LIMITED makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

JOVORA GAMES LIMITED does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in the Apps or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to the Apps.

4. Limitations

In no event shall JOVORA GAMES LIMITED or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including without limitation damages for loss of data or profit or arising from business interruption, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Apps, even if JOVORA GAMES LIMITED or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in the Apps may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JOVORA GAMES LIMITED does not warrant that any materials in the Apps are accurate, complete, or current. JOVORA GAMES LIMITED has not reviewed all sites linked to the Apps and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by JOVORA GAMES LIMITED. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

JOVORA GAMES LIMITED may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By continuing to use an App, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features may be available through in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, subscription durations, and renewal terms are displayed within the applicable App and store interface.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle in accordance with the rules of the applicable app store. You are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
